Milk & Honey Granola was first produced in spring of 2002 when Milk & Honey Cafe opened in Chicago's eclectic Wicker Park neighborhood.  Unsatisfied with the mass produced granola on the market, owner and chef, Carol Watson, decided to experiment with a few house-made recipes of her own.  She soon developed her own unique small batch recipe.

 

Originally used as a topping for the cafe's yogurt parfaits, the granola grew in popularity and demand, and soon one pound bags were available for purchase at the cafe.

 

Today Milk & Honey Granola is available in gourmet markets, cafes, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants.

 

Milk & Honey Granola is made from the goodness of all natural ingredients with no preservatives and no trans-fat.  Naturally high in fiber and antioxidants, our tantalizing blend of whole grain oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, almonds and dried cherries combined with hints of coconut, honey and brown sugar delivers a nutty caramel flavor with a satisfying crunch that takes this mix far beyond breakfast, so dig in and enjoy!
